Lawrence County has completed its tax deed proceedings on real estate properties that were delinquent for 2015 and mobile homes delinquent for 2016. The county will now offer them for sale to the public. There will be 39 parcels of real estate and 47 mobile homes offered through a sealed bid auction sale. All sealed bids must be in to the Lawrence County Treasurers Office located in the Lawrence County Courthouse Annex at 1106 Jefferson Street Lawrenceville Illinois 62439 no later than the close of business on Friday October 25th. The required minimum bid on real estate is $813 and on mobile homes is $900. All items will be sold to the highest sealed bid recieved on or before that October 25th date.
