The Parkview Baseball Braves season ended Saturday with a loss in the semi-finals of the Casey Class 2A Regional 14 tournament. They were edged 3-2 by Newton (Jasper County) in the second game of the day. The Braves bow out with an outstanding season record of 11-3 and had a 10 game winning streak snapped with the loss. Newton (Jasper County) also beat Parkview earlier in the season at Lawrenceville. They will face top seeded Teutopolis in the regional final Monday.
