One man was killed Sunday in an All-Terrain Vehicle accident in the Clark County Illinois city of Martinsville. Illinois State Police say that a 2017 ATV being driven by 72 year old Fred Hain of Martinsville was traveling north on York Street at Hilltop Drive when for some reason the ATV veered off the roadway and overturned landing on the drivers side. Hain died of injuries sustained in the mishap. An 8 year old female passenger on the ATV was not injured.
