The Parkview Baseball Braves have advanced to the semi-finals of the Class 2A Regional 14 tournament. They extended their winning streak to 10 Wednesday with a 13-3 win in 6 innings over the Red Hill Junior High Salukis in a first round game played at Unit 20 Ballpark at Lawrenceville. The Braves scored 13 runs on 14 hits with 2 errors while the Salukis tallied 3 runs on 7 hits but made 6 errors. Red Hill bows out of the tournament at 4-7 while Parkview improves to 11-2. The third seeds now move on to meet second seeded Newton-Jasper County Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Casey. Newton-Jasper County recieved a first round bye.
