The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety will hold a special hearing regarding an alledged aggressive dog bite case Thursday evening. It is scheduled for 6 p.m. Eastern Time at the City Hall. A dog is currently being held at the Vincennes Animal Shelter after it supposedly attacked a female and exhibited aggressive behavior toward handlers at the shelter. Shelter Director Leah Vantlin is recommending the dog be put down. She is expected to testify at the hearing along with the bite victim and the owners of the dog.
