Jon Lester was tagged for 11 runs in only four innings Tuesday night as the Oakland A’s battered the Chicago Cubs 11-4 in game two of their interleague series at Wrigley Field. Dustin Garneau blasted a three run homer during an eight run top of the second inning that led to the lopsided win. Stephen Piscotty also hit a three run homer as Oakland snapped the Cubs four game winning streak. Matt Olsen drove in two run for the A’s. Kris Bryant homered for the Cubs. The rubber game of the series is Wednesday afternoon with Homer Bailey (9-7) pitching for Oakland and Jose Quintana (9-7) for the Cubs.
