A Mt Carmel man was arrested in Lawrence County Sunday on multiple charges. 27 year old James Breen was picked up for probation violation, unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphenalia and unlawful display of a license plate. Breen was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there as of early Monday on $30,000 bond. Bridgeport Police Saturday arrested Eostre Perry of Bridgeport for domestic battery. She was being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending the setting of bond.
