Marilyn Lemeron, age 69, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. She was born February 16, 1950 in Lawrence County, Illinois, the daughter of Archie and Blanche (Williams) Moore. She married Wayne Lemeron on March 26, 1967 and he survives.
Marilyn was a homemaker throughout her life. She attended Highway Church of God. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy, and found delight in sending cards of encouragement to many folks.
Preceding her in death are her parents; three sisters: Carol Weiss, Sharon Sue Moore, and Marcia Kay McKee; five brothers: Allan, Archie, Larry, William, and Michael; and one grandson, Jacob Means.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters: Shannon Hughes and husband, Greg, of Evansville, Indiana; Dedra Lewis of Vincennes, Indiana; Jackie Weidner and husband, Tommy, of Bridgeport, Illinois; two sisters: Anita Stuart and husband, Carey, of Vincennes, Indiana; Cheryl Walker of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and two grandchildren, Bailey Adams and Caleb Gallion.
Graveside services for friends and family will be conducted Friday, July 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the May Chapel Cemetery in Lawrenceville, Illinois. There will be no visitation. Memorial donations may be made to Highway Church of God Parsonage Stairway Project. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
