A single-vehicle accident occurred in Lawrence County Thursday evening. Faith Farrar of Lawrenceville was driving south on Illinois Route 1 just south of County Road 700 North in Denison Township when she hit a steel pipe laying on the roadway. Farrar and a passenger were not injured.
