A single-vehicle accident occurred in eastern Lawrence County Tuesday morning. Bryce Vaughn of Vincennes was driving on County Road 1500 East in Allison Township when he ran off the east side of the roadway. Vaughn’s vehicle went through a ditch and came to rest in a bean field. Vaughn was not injured. His truck had to be towed from the scene. Vaughn was cited by Lawrence County authorities for driving under the influence.
