One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Lawrence County over the weekend. Alischa Levingston of Bicknell was driving north on Illinois Route 33 south of County Road 2090 North in Russell Township Saturday morning when she had to swerve to miss a deer on the road. Levingston lost control of her vehicle and ran off the road into a nearby wooded area. Levingston suffered minor injuries in the accident. Her vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
