One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Lawrence County Sunday night. 19 year-old Jesse Cancino of Lawrenceville was driving west on US 50 east of the Lawrenceville on-ramp when he began experiencing steering problems. Cancino lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway. The vehicle then ran into a tree line before coming to rest. Cancino was injured but did not require immediate medical treatment. Cancino’s vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
