Knox County authorities arrested two Vincennes men at a Third Street apartment Wednesday night. Sheriff’s deputies charged 21 year-old Marcus Ramirez with dealing in marijuana. A search found him in possession of at least 30 grams. A second man, 21 year-old Joshua Hill, was charged with visiting a common nuisance. Ramirez and Hill were both taken to the Knox County Jail.
