Wabash County State’s Attorney Cassandra A. Goldman announced that a Mt. Carmel man was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections for six years. 43 year-old Frank E. Shoultz was charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery, Possession of Methamphetamine and Domestic Battery. Shoultz was sentenced to 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, to be followed by four years of mandatory supervised release.
