Cole Hamels pitched seven strong innings as the Chicago Cubs completed a three game sweep of the Miami Marlins with a 6-0 win in Miami Wednesday night. He allowed three hits and no walks and struck out eight in the victory to improve to 3-0 on the season. The Cubs outscored the rebuilding Marlins 17-2 over the series. The Cubs are idle Thursday. They return to Wrigley Field Friday to open up a three game weekend series against the Arizona Diamondbacks
