Vincennes Police arrested two people for drug possession on Shirlee Drive Wednesday night. Police arrested 45 year-old Thomas Devlin Junior and 38 year-old Catherine Scott. Devlin was charged with meth possession and possession of paraphernalia. Scott was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Devlin and Scott were taken to the Knox County Jail.
