White County authorities are searching for a woman who failed return to the work release program. Authorities say 25 year-old Kelsi R. Harrison removed her ankle monitoring bracelet and failed to return. Harrison is described as being 5’4” tall and weighing 216 pounds. Harrison is believed to still be in the Monticello area.
