Sumner Man Arrested Following Domestic Dispute February 13, 2019 WAKO News A Sumner man was arrested following a domestic dispute Tuesday. Sumner Police charged 42 year-old Douglas Keasling with aggravated domestic battery. Keasling was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
