The Red Hill Basketball Salukis completed a season sweep of county rival Lawrenceville Tuesday night with a 43-40 win over the Indians in Lawrenceville. The Indians led 10-3 after one quarter but the Salukis recovered to take a 21-19 lead at the half. They expanded the lead to 34-29 after three quarters and in the fourth quarter the game was back and forth before Parker Havill hit a three point basket and two free throws to enable the Salukis to withstand a final Indian rally. Havill led three Salukis in double digits with 17 points, Connor McKinney added 13 and Drew Moore 12. The Tribe were led by Zeus Marsh with 11. The Indians did win the JV 60-35 with Logan Williams scoring 21. With the victory, the Salukis extend their winning streak to 4 and are 19-8 overall. The Indians fall to 12-13 with their third straight loss. Both teams return to conference play Friday–the Salukis will host Robinson while the Indians head to Casey.
