Vincennes Police arrested an Indianapolis man for drug possession following a traffic stop. Officers stopped a vehicle driven by 21 year-old Nathaniel Owens at Sixth and College. Police found Owens to be in possession of a synthetic drug. Owens was taken to the Knox County Jail.
