The St. Francisville City Council met in regular session Wednesday evening. The City Council indicated that the installation of bridge pile caps will take place and could begin in about a week. That work will necessitate a two week closure when it begins. An announcement will be made when the work begins and the bridge closes. The council also moved to spend $175 each to send two people to Effingham for water operation certificate training.
