The Fairfield Mules ran their season record to 16-1 Saturday night with a 71-51 thumping of the Red Hill Basketball Salukis at Bridgeport. The Mules led from the start at 23-12 after one quarter and never looked back in the win. They increased the lead to 39-20 at the half and 60-36 after three quarters enroute to the victory. The Salukis were paced by Drake Allen with 15 points and Parker Havill added 10. The Mules also won the JV game 63-38. With the loss, the Salukis fall to 13-6. They will continue in non-conference play Tuesday when they travel to Oblong.
