Sumner Man Arrested for Drug Possession in Knox County January 2, 2019 WAKO News Vincennes City Police arrested a Sumner man on New Years Day. Police charged 22 year-old Caleb Gallion with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. Gallion was taken to the Knox County Jail.
