Troy V. Mobley, 38, of Vancouver, Washington passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He was born May 17, 1980 in Concord, Massachusetts, the son of Nancy (Perry) Creech and Craig A. Mobley.

Troy was a 1998 graduate of Lawrenceville High School, where he participated in football, basketball, and wrestling. He went on to get his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Portland State University, in Portland, Oregon. He was a Contract Specialist with Bonneville Power Administration in Vancouver and previously held contracting jobs with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and the General Service Administration. He enjoyed fishing and camping, as well as spending time with friends and family. He was known best for being extremely soft spoken and always having a big, genuine smile.

Survivors include his fiancé, Yuka Daimon of Japan; mother, Nancy and her husband, Claude, of Otwell, Indiana; father, Craig and wife, Linda, of Los Angeles, California; and two brothers, Brandon Mobley and companion, Linda Graves of Houston, Texas and Austin Mobley of Los Angeles, California; one sister, Joni Whitaker of Salt Lake City, Utah; one step-brother, Josh Meyers and wife, Cassie; one step-sister, Faith Martin; three nieces, Breahna and Brooklynn Mobley of Houston, Texas, and McKenzie Martin; and four nephews, Cole, Jaxon, Rylan, and Silas.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 31, 2018 at 10:30 AM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bridgeport City Cemetery.
