The Red Hill Basketball Salukis continue to roll. They won their fifth straight game and improved to 9-4 overall with a 62-28 romp over Oblong in the opening round of the Dieterich Holiday Tournament Wednesday afternoon. They were never in trouble in the contest leading 18-5 after one quarter, 39-13 at the half, and 57-22 after three quarters. Drake Allen led four Salukis in double digits with 16 points, Drew Moore added 14, Connor McKinney 12, and Parker Havill 10. The squad is back in action Thursday in pool play at 1-0. They face Arcola at 2:30 p.m. and North Clay at 5:30 p.m. Both games can be heard the Legend 99.3 FM and AM 910 with Adam Rhinehart and Rob McKinley.
