A Washington man was arrested for battery. The Washington Police Department arrested 25-year-old Raymond Moore on several charges including Battery, Strangulation and a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Resisting Law Enforcement. Moore was taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
