Vincennes Fire officials have determined a fire at 625 Cullop Street on November 28th was intentionally set. The fire did around $15,000 worth of damage to the house owned by James Foster, and occupied by Lori Collins and her family. Vincennes Fire Chief Sonny Pinkstaff said this was the fifth suspicious fire in Vincennes in the last two weeks of November. The Vincennes Fire Department and the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s office are seeking suspects in the open arson cases.
