The Lawrenceville Lady Basketball Indians completed a sweep of the Red Hill Lady Salukis Thursday night with a 40-31 win in action at Bridgeport. The contest was much closer than the 20 point win by the Lady Indians in Lawrenceville on November 15th. The Lady Indians led 12-4 after one quarter, 24-16 at the half and 32-21 after three quarters before picking their third straight win to improve to 6-3. Jayley Akers led the scoring for the Lady Indians and Sydni Williams added 11 while Katie Moore paced the Lady Salukis with 10. The loss snapped a two game Red Hill winning streak to drop them to 2-3 on the season. The Lady Salukis did win the JV game 21-15. Both teams are back in action Monday-the Lady Indians host Flora and the Lady Salukis head to Olney.
