A Bicknell man was arrested for drug possession this morning following a traffic stop at Coal and Ohio Streets. Bicknell Police stopped a vehicle driven by 27 year-old Jeffrey Martin, Junior. Police found a syringe and paraphernalia in Martin’s possession. Martin was also charged with theft, conversion, and driving while suspended. Martin was taken to the Knox County Jail.
