Lawrence County authorities arrested two people on drug possession charges Tuesday. Sheriff’s deputies charged 33 year-old Allan Byers of Sumner and 25 year-old Tiffany Moyes of Lawrenceville with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Byers and Moyes were both taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
