Three Vincennes men were arrested on federal charges as part of a federal initiative in the Evansville area called Project Safe Neighborhoods. 35 year-old Charles Baughn, 42 year-old Kurtis Evans, and 58 year-old Barry Scott were charged with drug or firearm-related charges. 12 people in all were charged in the federal investigation which took place July 24th through September 24th. The twelve will face their charges in federal court in Evansville.
