A Vincennes man was arrested Wednesday following a traffic stop near Eighth and Wabash. Vincennes Police stopped a vehicle driven by 23 year-old Andrew Lewis. Police discovered Lewis was driving without ever receiving a license. A further search found Lewis found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Lewis was taken to the Knox County Jail.
