The Illinois Eastern Community Colleges have been awarded a Title III Block Grant from the U. S. Department of Education for a total of $2,249,968.00. The allocation of funds will be approximately $450,000 each year for five years from October 2018 through September of 2023. The scope of the Creating Pathways to Opportunities projects are composed of two initiatives, both located at Olney Central College (OCC).
