The Red Hill Unit 10 School Board met in regular session Thursday evening. School Superintendent Jakie Walker updated the school board on the ongoing process with the City of Bridgeport in hiring a school resource officer for the school district. Applications for the position are being accepted right now. That will be followed by the interview process with city officials and school board members all involved. Walker also informed the board that a new district school bus was expected to be delivered on Monday.
