Vincennes Woman Arrested at Knox County Courthouse October 13, 2018 WAKO News Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes woman at the Knox County Courthouse Friday. State Police charged 39-year-old Melinda Roach with contempt of court. Roach was taken to the Knox County Jail.
