The Red Hill Football Salukis used a punishing run attack rolling up over 460 yards on the ground Friday night in beating the Marshall Lions 56-14 at Red Hill Junior-Senior High School football field in Bridgeport. The Dawgs were led by leading rusher Drew Moore who ran 14 times for 220 yards and two touchdowns. Gannon Gaither and Jared Henry both rushed for over 90 yards apiece with Henry also scoring two touchdowns. The Salukis led 36-7 at the half and 44-7 after three quarters enroute to their third straight win. They are now 6-1 overall and 5-1 in Little Illini Conference play. Marshall falls to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in league play. The Salukis will host the Lawrenceville Indians for Senior Night next Friday.
