In Gibson County, a man from Owensville has been charged with Child Exploitation and Possession of Child Pornography. Indiana State Police report that 28-year-old Coty N. Silvers was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at his home. Detectives with the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force located and seized several devices with over 1200 images and 45 videos. Some involved children under 12 years old. He was booked into to the Gibson County Jail Friday on the charges.
