A single-vehicle accident occurred near a Vincennes school Friday afternoon. Vincennes Police were called to the accident scene of a car accident near Franklin Elementary. The accident was reportedly caused by a drunk driver. The accident caused a brief lock down at Franklin Elementary at around 1:30 pm eastern. Once the crash scene was cleared, the students were released to go home. Police are still investigating the accident.
