The Lawrenceville-Red Hill golf team finished fourth in the rain-shortened multi-team Mattoon Invitational tournament over the weekend. Play began on Friday with Saturday play being rained out. Hillsboro was the top team with 310 followed by Effingham St Anthony at 317, Herrin at 323, and LHS with 335. Landen Ray was low man for the Indians with 74 followed by Nolan Tewell at 85. Both Landen Ray and Hayden Hesler carded 88, Garrett Hulfaucher 93 and Ethan Kelly 110. The golfers are scheduled to play in a quad match at Stoy on Monday and head to Olney on Tuesday.
