Lawrenceville High School Marching Band Director Kendra Tohill says an alumni band event is being planned for this year’s Homecoming Game. Tohill is inviting former band members to join the band in performing the school song and National Anthem during the pregame show on Saturday, October 6th. Those taking part other than percussion must provide their own instrument; and all participants must attend practice on Thursday, October 4th from 6 to 7 p.m. Music and alumni band tee shirts will be distributed at rehearsal. Registration forms are available in the LHS main office or online at the “Unit 20 Music” Facebook page. Completed forms and a $20 participation fee are due by September 21st.
