The Lawrenceville Lady Volleyball Indians finished fourth in the multi-team Robinson Tournament Saturday. They went 2-2 in the competition. The Lady Indians beat Marshall 25-19 18-25 15-11 beat Oblong 25-21 26-28 15-10. They lost to North Knox 17-25 12-25 and Martinsville 17-25 24-14 13-15. The Lady Indians are at home Tuesday night to play Palestine Hutsonville with JV play at 6:15 p.m. with the varsity to follow. In a related note, Chloe Britton of the Lady Indians has been selected to the American Volleyball Coaches Association 2018 Phenom list and the JVA 2018 volleyball watch list. She has played club volleyball for the past several years in addition to junior high and high school volleyball. She plans to play college volleyball after graduating from LHS.
