PHILLIES DOWN CUBS IN EXTRA INNINGS

Asdrubal Cabrera hit a solo walkoff homer with one out in the bottom of the 10th inning Friday night to lift the Philadelphia Phillies to a 2-1 win over the Chicago Cubs in game one of their series at Citizens Bank Park. The blast came off reliever Steve Cishek to left-center field. The loss cut the Cub lead in the NL Central to 3 1/2 over St Louis. Game two is Saturday night with Kyle Hendricks (10-10) pitching for the Cubs and Zach Eflin (9-5) for the Phillies. The contest can be heard on Lite 103 WAKO beginning with the pregame at 5:30 Central Time 6:30 Eastern.
