The Lawrence County Board met in regular session Wednesday. The County Board accepted a 2017 independent financial audit done by Holbert & Phipps out of Terre Haute. The audit showed Lawrence County as being “in the black” and in good financial shape. The board also approved an engineering agreement with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick for work on a closed bridge at the Crawford County line.
