Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum gave his State of the City address Monday night at City Hall. Yochum touted many areas where progress was being made including city parks, street projects, and upgrades made at City Hall and in various departments. Yochum also touted the city’s positive financial status. Mayor Yochum discussed projects for the next year including work on the Pantheon Building, the facade project, and continued funding of the Knox County Development Corporation. Yochum also talked about plans for another trip to Japan to follow up on contacts they made on the last trip.
