Five people were injured in a four-vehicle accident at 15th and Hart Streets in Vincennes Monday afternoon.
64 year-old Deborah Moyes was driving westbound on Hart Street when she reportedly went left of center. Witnesses say Moyes’ Jeep went into the eastbound lane and struck a pickup truck driven by 69 year-old Ronald Gartner of Vincennes. After collision, the Jeep then struck a Chrysler Pacifica driven by 23 year-old Lacey Mincey head-on. The impact forced Gartner’s vehicle into a Chrysler 300 driven by 25 year-old Kaylee Rickard. Moyes was reportedly unresponsive at the scene. Mincey and a passenger in her vehicle– Bryce Cummings– were injured. Also injured were Ronald Gartner and a small child in Gartner’s vehicle. The child’s name was not released.
