Washington Police had to use a taser to subdue a woman holding a firearm Wednesday. Officers were called at 4:22-pm to 102 Southwest 10th, where reports say Kelly Spaulding was said to be standing with a gun, yelling and cocking the weapon. Police say she allegedly refused to put it down when police arrived and she was tased and the gun taken away.
