Two people were arrested following a reported domestic dispute Wednesday. Vincennes Police charged both 41 year-old Alba Ivy and 19 year-old Brianna Ivy with domestic battery. The dispute reportedly happened in front of a minor. Both were taken to the Knox County Jail.
