A Plainville man was arrested following a traffic stop Tuesday night. Indiana State Police charged 32-year-old David Edwards with Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment. Edwards was taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
