Four Arrested on Drug Charges in Sullivan County

   Four men were arrested following a drug bust at homes in Sullivan and Dugger. Indiana State Police found over ten-thousand dollars in cash, a money counter, scales, and small amounts of liquid meth and morphine. Police also located multiple weapons, assorted paraphernalia, and a ballistic vest. The bust involved homes on Depot Street in Sullivan and Miller Street in Dugger. Those arrested include 43 year-old Shad Collins of Sullivan, who was charged with meth dealing, meth possession, and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. He was also wanted on a second meth dealing warrant out of Sullivan County. State Police also arrested 46 year-old William Chastain of Sullivan, 43 year-old Kevin Eberhardt of Dugger and 45 year-old Bradley Cooksey of Dugger.  Chastain was charged with resisting Law Enforcement, visiting a common nuisance, and a contempt of court violation in Sullivan County. Eberhardt was charged with meth dealing, meth possession, and a Sullivan County warrant for failure to appear on meth dealing charge. Cooksey was charged with meth possession and possession of paraphernalia. All four were taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
