The Unit 20 Board of Education has gone in house to select the new Lawrenceville Indian head football coach. During a special session Tuesday, assistant coach Chad Green was promoted to head coach. He replaces Greg Wood who resigned earlier to become assistant principal at Parkside Elementary School. Green is a St. Francisville native and a LHS graduate. He has been an assistant in the Indian program for the past 8 years and has also worked with the Lawrenceville Junior Pro Football program. LHS athletic director Jamie Schultz says that they are excited to have Green take over the helm of Indian football.
